Here's exactly what happens from the moment you message us to the moment your vehicle arrives.
Send a WhatsApp message

AI processes your request
Within seconds, our AI reads your message and extracts the key details: collection address, delivery address, vehicle type, preferred date, and any special requirements. If anything is unclear, it'll ask a quick follow-up question — but in most cases it has everything it needs from your first message.
The AI then calculates the route distance, applies our pricing model based on distance and vehicle type, and determines the appropriate driver category needed for your job. All of this happens automatically, without any human involvement — which is why it's so fast.
Receive your confirmed quote
You'll receive a clear, detailed quote via WhatsApp within 1–2 minutes. The quote includes the total price (all-in, no hidden fees), estimated collection time, estimated delivery time, and a summary of the driver type assigned.

Confirm and pay
Simply reply YES (or any confirmation) to accept the quote. You'll then receive a payment link via WhatsApp. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and payment takes about 30 seconds. Your booking is confirmed immediately upon payment.
For dealer accounts with monthly invoicing, payment happens on account — no per-job card payments needed. You'll receive a confirmation message with a booking reference and the full job details.
Driver collects your vehicle
On the collection day, the driver will contact the collection point directly to arrange the handover. You'll receive a WhatsApp message when the driver is 30 minutes away, and another when collection is confirmed. The driver carries out a vehicle condition check at collection, with photos logged to the booking record.
Vehicle delivered & confirmed
You'll get a delivery confirmation message when the vehicle arrives. The delivery recipient does a final condition check, and both parties sign off digitally via the driver's app. Your complete delivery record — including condition photos and timestamps — is available on request.

Process FAQ
What information do I need to provide?
You need: (1) collection address or postcode, (2) delivery address or postcode, (3) vehicle make/model or registration, (4) whether it's a runner or non-runner, and (5) your preferred date. Everything else our AI can figure out or ask about.
Can I book for someone else's address?
Absolutely. Dealers book deliveries to customers all the time. Just give us the collection contact name and delivery contact name along with their addresses. The driver will call ahead to arrange access.
What if my vehicle is a non-runner?
Just let us know in your message that it's a non-runner. We'll ask you a few quick questions to make sure we send the right driver and equipment — things like whether the vehicle rolls, whether it can be winched onto a trailer, and whether it's easily accessible. Once we have those details, we'll give you an accurate all-in quote that covers everything.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Book whenever you're ready — we work fast. Our aim is same-day collection and delivery where timings allow, so don't worry about leaving it too late.
The main exception is auction house collections. Many auction sites require a pre-booked timed collection slot, which may mean the collection falls on the next day or later. That's absolutely fine — just let us know:
- The date and time of your booked collection slot
- The auction reference / collection reference number
- The vehicle registration and any other details required on arrival
The same applies when dropping a vehicle to auction — just flag it when booking and give us the relevant details so we can match the right driver to the job and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
What if there's a problem during transport?
Our AI monitoring system detects delays and anomalies. If a job runs late or something unexpected happens, you'll be notified proactively via WhatsApp. Our support team is available 7 days a week to assist with any issues, and all jobs are insured throughout.
Can I cancel or amend a booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before collection are fully refunded. For amendments, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. See our full terms for details on cancellation policy.
