Brian James T Transporter at car dealer forecourt

Vehicle Transport for Car Dealerships

We work with franchised dealerships and independent motor retailers who need vehicles moved reliably without adding unnecessary mileage or risk. Whether it is stock arriving from auction, a customer delivery, or an inter-site transfer, we collect and deliver on the date agreed.

We use the open Brian James T Transporter for general dealer stock and the enclosed Brian James Race Transporter 7 for higher-value or prestige vehicles. Vehicles arrive clean, secured, and ready for handover or display.

What We Offer Dealerships

Reliable, professional transport that fits around your stock movements.

  • Dealer to customer deliveries, nationwide
  • Inter-site stock movements and rebalancing
  • Auction collection and delivery to dealership
  • Open transport on the Brian James T Transporter
  • Enclosed transport on the Race Transporter 7 for prestige stock
  • Vehicles delivered clean and ready for handover

How It Works

Getting your dealer transport arranged is straightforward.

Send us the collection and delivery postcodes, the vehicle make and model, and your preferred date via WhatsApp. We will reply with a quote.

We arrive at the agreed time, check the vehicle over, and load it correctly onto the transporter. We confirm the condition before we leave.

We deliver to the customer or the receiving site and hand over cleanly. On time, as agreed, with no damage to the vehicle.

Car Dealership Transport FAQs

How dealerships use Towit to move stock and deliver sold cars.

Because tying up sales staff, trade plates, and fuel on driven deliveries is expensive, and because a trailered delivery arrives with no added miles and showroom presentation. Dealers hand the logistics to us and keep their people selling cars.

Yes. The delivery is often the last impression your customer gets, so presentation matters: professional equipment, a clean handover, and a driver who represents the dealership well at the door.

Sold cars to customers' homes, stock transfers between sites, trips to and from prep centres and bodyshops, auction collections onto the forecourt, and part-exchange collections. Effectively, any movement a dealership generates.

Every car is photographed at collection and delivery. If a customer queries a mark after handover, or a car moves between sites, there is dated photographic evidence of its condition at each stage. Disputes end quickly when the record is that clear.

Yes. Registration peaks and quarter-end pushes are predictable, so tell us in advance and we will plan capacity around your delivery commitments rather than leaving your handovers to chance.

Yes, in both directions. Fresh stock to prep, prepped cars to the forecourt, warranty and bodyshop trips in between. These runs suit fixed schedules, which we offer to regular trade customers.

Yes. Dealer groups with recurring movements between sites can book fixed days and routes, which turns vehicle logistics from a weekly scramble into a known, reliable slot.

Per-job pricing on distance and vehicle for ad hoc movements, and volume-aware pricing for regular schedules. Tell us your typical pattern of movements and we will structure it sensibly.

Quotes usually come back within minutes on WhatsApp, and collection can often be arranged same-day or next-day depending on route coverage. For promised customer deliveries, we schedule to the date you have committed to.

Message us on WhatsApp (07533 032737) with your site locations and typical movements. There is no platform to onboard onto and no bidding process; you send the first job and we move it.
