Towit provides enclosed and open vehicle transport across the UK. We use Brian James trailers and work with private owners, dealers, and the motor trade.

Every vehicle Towit collects or delivers is photographed twice — once at the point of collection, and once at the point of delivery. This happens automatically as part of the driver workflow on every single job, without exception.
The reports are not forms filled in by hand and emailed across later. They are generated by the Towit driver app, which guides the driver through a structured photographic walkround, attaches a timestamp and GPS location to each image, and sends the complete report to the client the moment it is submitted.
The process is the same on every movement. There is no variation, no opt-out, and nothing for you to chase.
Before loading, the driver photographs the vehicle from all four corners, the interior, the roof, and any pre-existing marks or damage. Each image is captured inside the app.
The app records the date, time, and GPS coordinates at the moment each photo is taken. This data is embedded in the report automatically — the driver cannot alter it.
At the delivery address, the same walkround is repeated. The driver photographs the vehicle again before handing over. Any change in condition between the two reports is immediately visible.
Both reports are sent to you automatically when submitted. They are also stored permanently on the Towit platform, accessible at any point if a query arises after handover.
Disputes about vehicle condition after transport are one of the most common frustrations in the industry. A scratch that was already there before collection becomes a claim after delivery, and without documented evidence both sides are left arguing from memory.
The Towit reporting system removes that ambiguity entirely. The collection report establishes the condition of the vehicle at the moment it left the sender. The delivery report establishes the condition at the moment it arrived. The two reports can be compared side by side, with timestamps and GPS coordinates attached to every image.
If the vehicle arrived in the same condition it left — which it should — you have the evidence to confirm that instantly. If something did go wrong in transit, the report makes the point of origin clear immediately, which means any insurance or liability question can be resolved quickly and with the right information.

The vehicles in the Towit network are not ordinary cars. Supercars, classics, dealer stock, and auction purchases all carry significant value, and the clients entrusting them to us expect a professional standard of care from collection through to delivery.
The condition reporting system is part of that standard. It is not an optional extra or a feature that gets activated on high-value jobs only. Every job gets the same report, regardless of the vehicle. That consistency is what makes the system reliable and what gives clients the confidence to hand over keys without hesitation.
